By accessing and using StableGen ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms of Service, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

StableGen is an AI-powered platform that generates consistent character images based on reference images provided by users. The service allows users to create multiple variations, poses, and expressions of characters while maintaining visual consistency.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Upload images that violate intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory
• Create images depicting real people without their consent
• Use the service to create deepfakes or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
• Share your account credentials with others

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of images you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Generated Content: You own the images generated by the Service based on your input. However, you are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Promotional Use of Generated Content: You grant StableGen a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute generated content (such as images or videos) for marketing and promotional purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of your content. We will honor your preference to be credited as the creator or to remain anonymous.

Our Content: The Service, including its software, design, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains our property.

6. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

7. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service may require payment. By purchasing a subscription or token pack, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described on the Service
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method

Subscriptions: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time, and your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change subscription prices or plans with notice as required by law. Taxes may apply.

Subscription Tokens: Subscription plans include a monthly token allotment that resets each billing period. Unused subscription tokens do not roll over to the next month.

Token Packs (Recharges): Token packs are one-time purchases that add tokens to your account balance. Token packs are non-transferable and have no cash value.

All sales are final. Refunds may be provided at our sole discretion for unused services within 30 days of purchase, except where required by law.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StableGen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
